The role requires physical ability to lift 1-75 pounds (up to 100 pounds), unload product using hand carts, run efficient routes, handle customer interactions, and follow DOT regulations and safety rules.
Drivers run daily routes with frequent stops, load packages onto hand trucks, unload product at each stop, verify deliveries, handle customer issues, and operate in a cross-dock model by picking up loaded trucks and returning empty ones. They may also assist with loading trucks, palletizing, and other duties as assigned.
