Requirements
- Bachelor/master i bygg med minimum fem års erfaring fra prosjektering for industri
- Erfaring med brannsikkerhet (en fordel)
- Gode norsk og engelsk kunnskaper, skriftlig og muntlig
- Engasjert, strukturert og serviceinnstilt
- Erfaring med byggeprosjekter og/eller drift- og vedlikeholdskoordinering av større bygg
- Kjent med håndtering av bygg-FDV-dokumentasjon, samt faseovergang fra prosjekt til driftsfase
Responsibilities
- Systemansvarlig for bygg (premissgiver innenfor fagområdet)
- Sette krav til ombygningsprosjekter, utvidelser eller oppgradering av fabrikkens fasiliteter
- Sørge for at bygninger og installasjoner er sikre og i henhold til forskrifter
- Oppfølging mot konsulenter og entreprenører
- Sikre korrekt dokumentasjon i samarbeid med tekniske tegnere
- Sikre optimalt vedlikehold i samarbeid med leverandør JLL
