Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least three years of experience in applying ABA principles. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to design and implement treatment plans and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs).
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments, design and implement Treatment Plans of Care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight, motivate and mentor RBTs, attend team meetings, conduct client outcomes reviews, provide family training, handle billing and documentation, and attend regularly scheduled meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed.
