Responsibilities

  • Apply computational biology and AI/ML to automate and scale PCR-based assay design for real-time qPCR and digital PCR
  • Digitize and automate assay development by building end-to-end robust computational solutions and pipelines that replace manual processes with efficient, reproducible, and scalable workflows
  • Drive continuous innovation of bioinformatics tools and pipelines by applying large language models and machine learning frameworks to biological data, pioneering new ways
