This role is virtual full-time with maximum flexibility, except for required in-person training sessions and up to one day a week visiting members in care facilities throughout Washington state. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) per hybrid/virtual work policy, unless an accommodation is granted.
Requires MA/MS in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field or nursing degree, minimum 3 years clinical experience in social work or counseling with complex psychiatric and substance abuse treatment, current active unrestricted license (e.g., RN, LCSW, LMHC), previous case management experience, and managed care experience.
The position follows Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time.
