The pay range is Min - $93,932.80, 1st Quartile - $95,700.80, Mid - $97,468.80, Max - $101,000.00.

Candidates must hold an Arizona license from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), and must also be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This is a fast-paced clinical work environment within a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing solution-focused counseling, skills-based counseling, substance use counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and crisis intervention to adolescents.
