Requirements
- Relevant zorgdiploma op minimaal mbo-niveau 3 (bijvoorbeeld MMZ, Verzorgende IG, mbo-v) of zit in derde leerjaar, of hebt propedeuse hbo Social Work, SJD of hbo-v
- Kun lichte tot gevorderde ADL-taken verrichten of bent bereid dit te leren
- Minimaal 7 nachtdiensten per maand beschikbaar (werktijden ongeveer 22.45 – 7.00 uur)
- Kun zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt actief de verbinding met collega’s
- Bent rustig, betrouwbaar en blijft ook in nachtelijke uren kalm en adequaat handelen
Responsibilities
- Zelfstandig zorg dragen voor bewoners met lichamelijke of verstandelijke beperking en/of NAH tijdens nachtdienst
- Overnemen na overdracht van collega, inclusief bespreken van bijzonderheden en aandachtspunten
- Bewoners helpen bij avondroutine, ondersteunen bij naar bed gaan en rust in het gebouw bewaken
- Reageren op oproepen voor hulp bij drinken, houdingswissel, bedienen van medisch apparaat of thuiskomst na avondje uit
- Rustig en adequaat handelen bij calamiteiten en schakelen met collega’s of achterwacht indien nodig
- Tijdens rustige momenten aanvullende taken uitvoeren zoals lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden, rapporteren of voorbereiden van de volgende dag
