Responsibilities

Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service, turning customers into regulars
Work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment (eversys cameos and shotmasters) to prepare drinks
Complete training to ensure proper handling of food and beverage, maintaining freshness and quality
Implement systems to avoid product wastage, adjusting par levels based on business peaks and lows
Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times
Full and complete knowledge and adherence to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
