Responsibilities

Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service
Prepare delicious coffee and other cafe beverages using the eversys cameos and shotmasters
Complete training to ensure proper food and beverage handling
Maintain par levels to minimize waste, adjusting them based on business peaks and lows
Maintain Local Department of Health standards
Adhere to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
Participate in all training
