Good working knowledge in checking and processing Authorization

Review and process authorization requests from insurance companies
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day, with no pending items
Track and monitor task completion and provide timely updates to the direct team lead
