Requirements

Bac+5 specialized in Audit and/or Contrôle de Gestion
Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in external audit firm and 4 years successfully in a similar internal audit role
Experience or affinity for the industrial sector
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Ability to work in an international and multicultural context (travel 25-35% of time to countries like Australia, Brazil, Mexico, US, Canada)
Second language appreciated
Strong team spirit and communication skills to interact with diverse teams (Finance, operational, local, division, group)
Capacity for synthesis, organization, and results-oriented mindset
Curiosity, investigative qualities, ability to challenge, and propose effective analysis tools
Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead key annual projects to improve the functioning of the Group Internal Control and Audit department
Prepare and contribute to the smooth execution of financial and operational audit missions as defined in the audit plan, across all Group subsidiaries in France and abroad, sales networks, and industrial sites
Establish the audit mission work program based on identified risks and pilot missions according to evolving risks on the ground
Conduct missions with a good understanding of country-specific issues by building solid relationships with local operational teams
Evaluate the quality of internal controls
Draft the internal audit report highlighting weaknesses and recommendations
Present the report to the management team
Train junior auditors
Follow up on recommendations and action plans of subsidiaries
Ensure control and reliability of economic and financial information, quality of closing procedures and organization, and assess risks and internal controls
