Requirements

Experience in managing and leveraging dynamic strategic plans in alignment with company-wide strategies for an asset or therapeutic area is essential. A proven track record of collaborating with and influencing medical leaders across Global Medical Affairs, Value Evidence & Outcomes (VEO), Global Clinical Development, Preclinical Development, and commercial colleagues is also required.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will lead the development of publication strategies and plans for assigned assets or therapeutic areas, ensuring effective dissemination of scientific information. Responsibilities include collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams, managing the execution of publication plans, and serving as a core member of the Launch Excellence Network and the GSC lead in coordinated planning approaches. This role involves staying current with the publication environment, identifying gaps and opportunities, engaging with external customers and opinion leaders, and ensuring consistency and alignment of regional publication strategies. The Associate Director is also accountable for the management and delivery of the overall book of work for their assigned area, including developing sourcing plans, adjusting work plans based on shifting priorities, and leading internal and external team members to achieve goals.
