Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Prior clinical research experience, comparable to one year, is preferred, along with knowledge of clinical monitoring gained through coursework or training. Previous experience in a clinical environment, such as clinical trials, data management, medical terminology, or healthcare, with formal training in medical terminology and anatomy may be considered.
The Assistant CRA will complete study and site management activities as defined in a task matrix, provide study-specific training, orient and train site staff on CRG/study-specific systems, offer in-house support during pre-study assessments, review study data, support document collection and updating in systems, verify document collection status, drive action for missing or incomplete documents, and support site staff. They will also assist with essential document collection, review, and updating in systems, verify document collection status, and drive action for missing or incomplete/expired documents and open document findings, as directed.
