  • Must be available to work either 1st shift (M-F 7a-3:30p) or 2nd shift (M-F 4p-12:30a)
  • Must be able to work in a systematic manner
  • Responsible for workmanship meeting quality standards
  • Must be able to move to various locations and adapt readily to all duties in the classification
  • Must be able to operate power driven assembly equipment and tools

Responsibilities

  • Performs all assembly, parts preparation, conveyor loading or unloading, jig setting, cartoning, or other duties of similar magnitude
  • Fits and fastens parts together using bolts, nuts, screws, rivets, or other adhesive devices with the use of hand tools and power driven equipment
  • Joins parts with clamps and jigs to prepare parts for assembly use
  • Prepares parts for painting
  • Loads and unloads conveyors with component parts
  • Places parts in containers or stacks for convenient movement or use
  • Prepares, loads, and seals cartons for shipment or storage
