Requirements

Passionate about helping children with autism
Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if not had in the last year)
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to move in various positions (standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Bilingual in Arabic

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children with autism
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Reduce interfering behaviors
