Responsibilities

  • Cliëntcontact & farmaceutische zorg: uitvoeren van telefonische intakes, beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat
  • Dossierbeheer: controleren en aanvullen van cliëntendossiers, bewaken van medicatieveiligheid en signaleren van bijzonderheden
  • Samenwerking met apothekers: afstemmen over recepten en afwijkingen, zorgen voor correcte documentatie volgens wet- en regelgeving
  • Procescoördinatie: ondersteunen van de logistieke processen op afstand en meedenken over verbeteringen in workflow en kwaliteit
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: bijdragen aan het borgen van procedures en meewerken aan optimalisatie van digitale zorgprocessen
