- 3–6 years of production experience in animation for video games
- Proven ability to manage animation pipelines, sprints and milestone schedules in a real-time production environment
- Strong understanding of the animation process from concept through implementation
- Experience with project management tools such as ShotGrid, Jira, Hansoft, or similar
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Animation team to build and maintain detailed production schedules and workflows for gameplay, cinematic, and performance capture animation
- Track day-to-day progress of animation tasks, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies across departments
- Facilitate regular syncs, reviews, and handoffs between animation, design, and engineering teams
- Work with leads, production, and other stakeholders to ensure goals for the animation team align with evolving priorities and capacity
- Support the planning and execution of performance capture shoots, including asset tracking, vendor coordination, and data delivery
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, priorities, and goals to ensure transparency and accountability
- Collaborate with production leadership to forecast resource needs and balance team workload
- Drive clear communication across departments, ensuring that creative intent and technical requirements align throughout development
