Requirements

Candidates should possess a B. Com degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA in Finance, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience specifically in Intercompany Reconciliation. They should have knowledge of the methods, principles, and practices of RTR (Reporting, Transaction, and Reconciliation) processes, along with a strong understanding of financial laws and best practices related to customer and data handling. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Analyst - Intercompany will be responsible for preparing Intercompany reconciliations, IFA (Interco Funding Account) reconciliations, and posting Intercompany Invoice accruals. They will also prepare overdue receipts reports, follow up with TPs (Third Parties), process monthly routine journals, cater to ad-hoc ledger requests, find and resolve Intercompany imbalances, manage and prepare dashboards for monthly close calls, and collaborate with AP and OTC teams to clear aged line items and provide solutions to ledger issues.
