Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified professional to manage and grow our Amazon store, support marketing initiatives, and handle customer engagement—primarily focused on Canada and the United States.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update new and existing product listings, ensuring accuracy and strong visual appeal.
  • Collect data and design cost-effective Amazon advertising campaigns targeting Canada and the U.S.
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email on the Amazon platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of commercial and large-scale customers, including data entry of sales transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Develop and manage product variations according to Amazon guidelines.
  • Apply and manage discounts during major sales events such as Black Friday and holidays.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to meet evolving Amazon marketplace requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update a private e-commerce website.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Follow up with prospective customers through chat, email, and social media (focused on Canada only; excludes U.S. follow-ups).

Requirements

  • Prior experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for sales data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle customer service professionally.
  • Communicating in French is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in running digital marketing campaigns is an advantage.
