Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, fluency in Japanese (middle to upper Business English level), and proven hands-on experience with modern web technologies and cloud architectures. A strong understanding of JavaScript runtime core concepts and familiarity with algorithms in machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs) are advantageous.
The Algorithms Engineer will integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into WalkMe’s products to enhance functionality and user experience, localize Japanese services and algorithms, develop and apply advanced algorithms for GUI perception, lead the full R&D lifecycle for innovative algorithmic solutions, analyze large datasets to create and refine data-driven algorithms, and ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable while engaging in fast-paced research.
