University degree in a technical / scientific field (Master or PhD)
Experience with statistical data analysis and modeling, pattern recognition
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Matlab / Octave, R, SQL, Python, etc.)
Ability to design experiments / studies to answer specific questions and test hypotheses
Experience in software development with C, C++
Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement algorithms tailored to Sentec systems, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
Develop and maintain embedded software applications in C and C++, adhering to industry standards and best practices
Produce detailed and accurate software specification and verification documents, outlining software functionalities, requirements, and standards
Regularly evaluate and optimize the performance of software applications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Enhance and refine the test framework, aiming to increase the test coverage and ensure the robustness of software products
Assist in regulatory compliance and documentation efforts related to algorithm development, ensuring adherence to industry standards and legal requirements
Perform statistical and/or mathematical programming, develop reports and visual representations, develop and/or maintain databases
Help prepare manuscripts for publication
