This role involves creating hands-on learning experiences covering topics like RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and leveraging modern AI toolchains.

Requirements

  • Technical Background: Strong technical foundation and ability to navigate the full AI stack.
  • AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models, agentic systems, and AI engineering techniques.
  • Tooling Familiarity: Experience with frameworks and toolchains such as LangChain, Hugging Face, Vector DBs, and cloud-native deployment strategies.
  • Passion for Education: Genuine interest in shaping how others learn AI engineering.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and distill them into intuitive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    • Design and develop a curriculum covering technical AI engineering topics, including:
      • Building and deploying AI systems (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, etc.).
      • Building agentic applications using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, smolagents, and more.
      • Prompt engineering and evaluation (reliability, reproducibility, and performance).
      • System design and architecture for scalable AI applications.
      • Tooling and infrastructure (vector databases, orchestration tools, cloud-native deployment).
    • Collaborate with instructors to create engaging learning materials.
    • Act as the “learner zero,” reviewing code, exercises, and course content.
