The Account Manager - EMEA will focus on growing customers' usage of JumpCloud by identifying, qualifying, and closing expansion opportunities, reaching out to customers to discuss renewals and identifying cost savings, conducting regular business reviews, and closing renewals from start to finish. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent product outcomes, build strong customer relationships, expand sales within a portfolio, deliver outbound campaigns, and evaluate core usage trends, articulating JumpCloud's value and providing strategic recommendations.
