Requirements

Responsibilities

The Account Executive, SMB will manage the entire sales process from qualification to closing, consistently achieving monthly targets. They will utilize in-depth payroll and industry knowledge to position value-driven solutions, establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders, provide clean handovers to the implementation team, and maintain accurate records in CRM while submitting timely reports on pipeline health and closed deals. Furthermore, they will stay current on market trends and provide feedback to marketing and product teams.
