Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience with AI-driven automation and data-driven insights is highly desirable, as is a proven ability to lead and mentor other developers.

Candidates should possess 6-10 years of experience as a developer, a deep understanding of software development best practices, and experience deploying software at scale. They should have experience designing and implementing complex software architecture, as well as designing and implementing user interfaces, databases, backends, and APIs.

Candidates should have experience managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector, with a strong understanding of the insurance brokerage landscape and personal lines renewals processes. A solutions-oriented mindset, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complexity are essential. Experience engaging with C-suite and executive stakeholders is required.
