Candidates must possess a state-specific physical therapist license, reliable personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers, and at least one year of experience. Liability insurance and CPR/BLS certification are also required.
Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in general accounting and financial analysis, a preferred CPA certification, and strong experience in multi-location or healthcare accounting. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel, with experience in NetSuite being a plus.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, with a background in clinical data being a plus. Proficiency in G-Suite, including Google Docs and Google Sheets, is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive and self-motivated attitude, and a strong drive to succeed. Detail-orientation and a focus on achieving goals are essential.
