Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience building products and systems in production, with a deeper background and interest in backend technologies. Experience with Python/Django, TypeScript/React, Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Redshift), Docker, and PostgreSQL is preferred. Some mobile experience and strong communication skills are also required.
