Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed therapist (HI License) and be willing to work as a 1099 contractor. The position is fully remote within the United States and requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week with flexibility to adjust based on student volume, including summer hours. Compensation is based on completed intake sessions at $86.67 per session (60 minutes), follow-up sessions at $65 per session (45 minutes), and no-show appointments at $30.
Responsibilities
As a Mantra Licensed Therapist, you will deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy to college students using evidence-based interventions like Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. You will utilize the company’s advanced collaboration tools and attend monthly therapy training and all hands meetings, receiving compensation for these activities as well.
