Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering or Applied Sciences field from a rigorous academic program, or equivalent professional experience, along with significant programming experience in C++, Python, or Java. Experience working with trading systems, financial data, low-latency systems, or data science-adjacent roles is considered a plus, and expertise in systems architecture and OS internals is desirable.
As a Trading Infrastructure engineer, the role involves developing and maintaining proprietary software stack using C++ and/or Python, implementing and extending order management, compliance, exchange connectivity, market data, and routing functionality, designing and implementing a next-generation real-time trading platform, managing and supporting the operation of a global trading system, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and monitoring compliance-related issues and market/exchange technology changes.
