The SVP of Finance will develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to drive sustainable growth and align with company objectives, serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing financial insights and strategic guidance, and collaborate closely with the People Operations & go-to-market teams on contract negotiations, and developing resource and compensation strategies. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and experience in financial planning and analysis.
This role involves overseeing the company’s financial planning & analysis, budget processes, and financial models, collaborating with the executive team and department heads to develop accurate financial forecasts, and providing in-depth analysis of financial performance. The SVP of Finance will also support accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and local regulations, and lead fundraising efforts by creating compelling financial reports and projections for potential investors. Additionally, the role encompasses team leadership, including mentoring and growing the finance team, and managing relationships with banking partners and investors.
