Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the SMB lending space is required, along with proficiency in financial analysis and experience managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will develop and enhance partnership initiatives aligned with Mulligan Funding's business objectives, focusing on driving lead flow to the sales team, cultivate and deepen relationships with strategic partners, execute targeted recruitment strategies to onboard high-performing partners, help implement incentive programs designed to motivate partners, consistently achieve or exceed targets related to partnership-driven lead generation, and monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
