Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer or a related position, developing software applications. They must have 3 years of experience with Java Servlets, JSP, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST, and Junit, along with 3 years of experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, AJAX, Angular, and responsive design, and 2 years of experience with Vue, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Jenkins, and Apache IVY.

Responsibilities

The Software Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications and services utilized by Interactive Brokers’ customers, conducting software analysis, programming, and testing, analyzing user requirements to implement technical prerequisites and application design, identifying production and non-production issues, and preparing and producing software releases, while working remotely two days per week and in the Chicago, IL office three days per week.
