Position Overview

This role focuses on driving client acquisition and customer retention for Xplor's Home Services division (FieldEdge, Service Autopilot, and Xplor Spot) through engaging social media content and community management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media channels for a creative agency or in-house brand.
  • Demonstrable experience in growing online social engagement.
  • Experience capturing user-generated content (UGC) from member bases, especially for short-form video.
  • Experience engaging with social influencers to craft compelling content.
  • Strong creativity and an understanding of target audiences.
  • Graphic design and video editing experience is a must.
  • Eligible working rights and ability to work in a time zone with sufficient overlap with the team.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to capture in-the-field content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple brands to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Create and manage high-quality content, including short-form videos and UGC, for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels, track key performance metrics, and provide regular analytics reports.
  • Identify happy customers through collaboration with internal departments and conduct outreach to obtain UGC.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to member requests, and manage the company's reputation by addressing online reviews (e.g., Google, Capterra).
  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and showcase happy customers for UGC initiatives and Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns.
  • Coordinate with writers, designers, and web developers to produce marketing deliverables.
  • Increase YouTube views, find new collaborations, and onboard social influencers.
  • Research field service industry topics to understand target audiences.
