Demonstrated experience in growing online social engagement, capturing user-generated content from member bases for short-form video, and engaging with social influencers is essential. Graphic design and video editing experience are also required.
As the Social Media Specialist, you will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple brands to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue objectives, create and manage high-quality content including short-form videos and user-generated content for various social media platforms, monitor social media channels and provide analytics reports, improve user-generated content by working with internal departments, engage with online communities and manage the company's reputation, stay current with social media trends, collaborate with internal teams to identify and showcase happy customers, coordinate with writers, designers, and web developers, travel occasionally to capture in-the-field content, research field service industry-related topics, and increase YouTube views and onboard social influencers.
