Social Media Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence on social media. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with trends, has experience growing accounts organically, and can produce engaging short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly reels and TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
• Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content.
• Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
• Manage TikTok community engagement (respond to comments, DMs, etc.).
• Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes.
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and product teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms for companies.
• Strong editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Skills in 3D modeling is a plus.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
