Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, applied sciences, or a similar field, and a Master’s or PhD in a related field is preferred. They should have at least 5 years of professional experience working with machine learning algorithms, AI technologies, and platforms, along with strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior AI Engineer will lead efforts to leverage existing AI models and frameworks to solve complex business challenges, conducting the full cycle of data modeling and algorithm development, including modeling, training, tuning, validating, deploying, and maintaining services. They will also demonstrate strong domain expertise in AI, including LLMs, Computer Vision, Time Series, RAG, and traditional ML models, staying current with industry trends and advancements in data science and AI technologies, performing data analysis to offer insights and inform business decisions, adhering to data privacy and security protocols, collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting technical designs and processes, and taking charge of projects to ensure timely completion in a dynamic work environment.
