Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Management and Development Manager to lead IT and cloud infrastructure life cycles from inception to production launch and provide post-production support. This role involves executing software development projects, deploying products through comprehensive marketing plans, and providing leadership to IT product teams.

- Remote Type: Office Worker (In office position with work from home allowed, i.e., flex or hybrid worker)
- Additional Locations: Various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT and cloud infrastructure life cycles from inception to production launch and provide post-production support.
- Execute software development projects and apply advanced knowledge of current web and microservice technologies.
- Deploy products through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans including products, technologies, and applications.
- Provide leadership to IT product teams to drive technical development and provide visibility of product status to executive leaders.
- Deliver on-premise to cloud infrastructure and complete application migrations.
- Conduct multi-year planning to determine cloud infrastructure life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall corporate strategy, and achieve performance and operational objectives.
- Design modular and scalable infrastructure.
- Write technical documentation and create architecture diagrams and sequence diagrams.
- Manage multiple projects in a platform and technical product management role.
- Utilize Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Engineering.
- Experience: Five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in:
- Leading IT and cloud infrastructure life cycles from inception to production launch and providing post-production support.
- Executing software development projects and applying advanced knowledge of current web and micro-service technologies.
- Delivering on-premise to cloud infrastructure and completing application migrations.
- Designing modular and scalable infrastructure.
- Writing technical documentation and creating architecture diagrams and sequence diagrams.
- Utilizing Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
