Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Alma is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in transforming the consumer experience by reimagining how individuals find mental health care. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to drive meaningful impact within the Alma experience, helping people find the right mental health care provider and maximize their care journey. Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate the full-funnel client journey: Optimize the experience for individuals actively seeking therapy and re-engage those who have dropped out of the process.
  • Build collaborative relationships: Partner with Marketing & Product teams to shape the broader client experience and contribute to the long-term vision of user engagement with Alma.
  • Educate and support users: Help consumers and clients get the most out of their mental health journey by sharing relevant and engaging information.
  • Lead with experimentation: Develop and implement scalable experimentation frameworks to drive impact.
  • Shape strategic priorities: Partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to define quarterly priorities and annual roadmaps, focusing on measurable outcomes and mid-to-long term growth.
  • Identify high-impact activities: Think creatively and with discipline to find low-lift, high-impact activities that drive metrics forward, evolving KPIs based on surfaced opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Proven track record as a hands-on builder of multi-channel strategy and programs.
  • Iterable experience is required.
  • Experience building testing strategies and measurement frameworks that drive incremental results.
  • Ability to assess new opportunities and translate ideas into a focused, high-impact roadmap.
  • Comfortable defining strategy as well as discussing tactics and technical specifications.
  • Fluent in both Marketing and Product, with the ability to build trusting relationships and communicate impact effectively.
  • Resilient, confident, and creative approach to new challenges.
