Candidates should be interested in building first-class products to solve real-world problems, possess experience with various technologies, be self-motivated and a fast learner with a 'get things done' mentality, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. An understanding of the financial domain and/or blockchain technology is an advantage, along with proficiency in Golang, experience with Postgres, Redis, and Kafka, and knowledge of scalability, security, and performance optimization.
The Senior Golang Developer will be involved in the design and development of backend services, proposing architectural decisions, participating in design reviews, coding, code review, and implementing products that bridge Crypto.com to developers and end-users. They will develop retail trading products, identify and implement solutions for complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure, provide reliable and reactive trading information streams, offer technical operational support to resolve customer issues, manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities, and collaborate closely with the DevOps and Infra team to improve the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
