Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Engineer, ideally within a fast-moving product or SaaS environment. Strong skills in both frontend and backend development are required, including proficiency in React, Next.Js, and TypeScript for the frontend and experience with PHP (Laravel or similar) and a familiarity with NestJS for the backend are essential. A comfort level working across the stack and the ability to context-switch between backend services and frontend interfaces is also necessary. Familiarity with data analytics, including building data-informed features or integrations with data platforms, is desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Fullstack Engineer will build and maintain fullstack features across the Atomi platform, ranging from classroom management tools to rich learning experiences. They will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions. This role involves contributing to the ongoing development of frontend features, extending and evolving backend services, and working with data to enable analytics features or support data pipelines. The engineer will also ensure performance, scalability, testing, and accessibility are prioritized in all work, and they will mentor mid-level and junior engineers while leading by example.
