Email Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

Paytronix is seeking a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of email marketing campaigns, from market research and content creation to reporting on results and resolving any campaign-related issues. The ideal candidate is proficient in email marketing tools, understands consumer behavior, and can analyze data to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • Write newsletters, including all company updates.
  • Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
  • Create new email templates (a plus).
  • Analyze campaign performance to suggest and implement improvements.
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
  • Ensure emails adhere to industry policies and best practices.
  • Create and publish organic social media posts that align with email campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools, including Google Analytics 4.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience creating and analyzing reports in Salesforce.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $80,000
