Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience in clinical research, preferably in a senior CRA role, with comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, outstanding communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior CRA will coordinate and lead all aspects of clinical trials, monitor study sites for accurate data collection and protocol adherence, and support feasibility and startup activities including RFP tracking, site identification, EC/RA submissions, and contract/budget negotiations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, mentor junior CRAs, and support the Clinical Operations team with CRO setup and license acquisition.
