This is a unique opportunity to be the first Renewal Manager in the APAC region for Mural. This role will join the existing amazing APAC pod and focus on managing the renewal process of our existing clients in the region. The Renewal Manager will be an integral part of how we continue to expand and grow the Mural and LUMA presence in the APAC region.
The Renewal Manager will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring the timely renewal of subscriptions. This position requires a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive renewal success.
