Candidates must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working with a variety of ages and behaviors in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) space, and a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families. Applicants should be comfortable working in Cary, NC for the near term, with the potential to transition to a clinic in Holly Springs soon, and possess a dedication to learning and a collaborative environment.
Registered Behavior Technicians will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism to implement goals overseen by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), utilizing science-based teaching procedures and creating motivating learning environments. They will also be responsible for providing feedback, collecting data related to the program, and assisting with administrative tasks in the event of cancellations, while also participating in clinical research and presentation opportunities.
