Recruiting Coordinator

The ideal candidate should have at least a year of full-cycle talent coordination experience in a high-volume environment, demonstrating a self-starting and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal guidance, strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to embrace change, take initiatives, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. They should also be comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical candidates and possess experience using Google Suite, ATS, and other job posting platforms.
As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will develop strong relationships with Talent Partners and hiring teams, schedule and coordinate interviews, create agendas and reports, support candidates throughout the interview process, own aspects of recruiting metrics and data integrity in the ATS, support execution of projects related to employer brand and recruiting process improvements, and support leadership teams with interviewer training and calibration.
