Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst Assistant to support our existing client. This role is crucial for assisting with financial modeling, market research, and report preparation to aid our client's investment decisions.

• Work Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm EST (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Research real estate databases for comparable data.
• Analyze gathered data and conduct external discussions with professionals (e.g., brokers) regarding the data.
• Write detailed analyses to explain and support findings.
• Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
• Create financial models to assess property performance and returns.
• Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Assist with due diligence processes, including reviewing leases and financial documents.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in Real Estate or a related field.
• Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Financial modeling experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical experience enabling independent thinking.
• Familiarity with FileMaker Pro.
• Proficient internet searching skills.
• Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills (a must).
