Responsibilities

The Staff Engineer will independently research, design, develop, modify, and verify components, modules, and subsystems for medical devices, translating user needs into design specifications and producing complex system-level designs. They will conduct or design advanced prototyping and testing, analyze and correct complex product design issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, while also advancing solutions based on customer needs and market offerings and supporting Voice of Customer sessions.
