Strong knowledge of medical device design, development, and validation processes is essential, along with familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
The Staff Engineer will independently research, design, develop, modify, and verify components, modules, and subsystems for medical devices, translating user needs into design specifications and producing complex system-level designs. They will conduct or design advanced prototyping and testing, analyze and correct complex product design issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, while also advancing solutions based on customer needs and market offerings and supporting Voice of Customer sessions.
