Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of product management experience, ideally focused on growth or consumer subscriptions, along with proven experience utilizing A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms such as StatSig. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and apply statistical concepts, are required, as is familiarity with mobile and web funnel optimization, particularly regarding onboarding flows and paywall optimization. A metrics-oriented mindset and a user-centered approach are also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, Growth, you will define, prioritize, and execute a roadmap of growth experiments to improve conversion rates and subscriber growth across Web and Mobile platforms, building strong cross-functional relationships with various teams. You will develop product requirements, define success metrics, and ensure seamless roadmap execution, while owning and enhancing Headspace’s consumer growth reporting capabilities. Furthermore, you will monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions, analyze experimentation results, share learnings, and provide recommendations for iteration, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
