Partner Marketing Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of business development and strategic partnerships. Experience with SaaS or technology partnerships is highly desirable, and familiarity with payment processing or financial technology is beneficial.
As a Partner Launch Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners, managing the onboarding process, developing an understanding of partner organizations and their needs, building relationships through regular communication, training partners on Xplor resources, introducing partners to relevant teams, completing the partner onboarding process, and ensuring successful integration and beta phase completion. You will also identify marketing opportunities and provide necessary documentation and education for a smooth handoff to the Partner Development Manager, and communicate product features and benefits to partners.
