The Team
Our ERP & Platforms practice specializes in designing and implementing innovative solutions for major global organizations. You will be exposed to strategic projects within a multi-cultural and collaborative team, where your contributions will be recognized and valued.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Solution Shaping: Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and shape/sell Oracle ERP solutions within relevant market segments.
- Delivery Oversight: Oversee the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions, acting in a program and/or workstream management capacity on large-scale transformation programs.
- Business Development: Identify new business and expansion opportunities within existing programs to provide additional high-quality services.
- Proposal Development: Lead proactive Oracle proposal development, emphasizing the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Oracle Applications within their specific industries.
- Team Mentoring: Mentor and guide teams of consultants in direct, indirect, and matrixed structures, fostering professional growth.
- Relationship Management: Coordinate relationship-building activities across teams on client engagements to ensure clients are well-advised.
- Financial Accountability: Take accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins at assigned key accounts.
- Stewardship: Provide stewardship to subordinate managers, actively guiding their professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance development.

- Program Management: Extensive program and delivery management skills.
- Oracle Ecosystem: Well-established networks, relationships, and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem.
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Ability to work at a senior level within complex organizations, building empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.
- Consulting Track Record: Proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services, while meeting business objectives in large corporate environments.
- Oracle Expertise: Recognized expertise in Oracle Applications, with the ability to align functional areas with business requirements and company vision.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring, engaging presentations.
- Teamwork & Leadership: Collaborative team player, willing to lead by example and actively participate. Proven ability to inspire internal teams (direct and indirect) and clients.
- Innovation: Passionate about disruptive innovation and transformational ideas.
- Interpersonal Skills: Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, particularly at senior client levels.
