Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of hands-on security engineering experience, including data and cloud security, and 2+ years of hands-on security/engineering management experience. Relevant industry accreditations, such as CISSP, are required, along with demonstrated ability to communicate security engineering concepts to stakeholders and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to ensure company success.

Responsibilities

The Security Engineering Manager will ensure the effective delivery and support of Garner’s security program and its controls across networks, systems, applications, and data, maintaining required compliance accreditations, retaining and developing the engineers on the security team, and establishing quality processes that aid and ease the adoption of security controls.
